Shipping policy

Please allow us 1-5 business days to process your order. Shipping time
chosen is shipping time in transit. This will NOT express rush your item to
ship. Please allow additional processing time for Black Friday, Cyber
Monday and the Holiday Season. We will try our best to get everything out
as quick as possible within standard time.

We currently ship items via UPS and USPS within the United States
Incorrect Address or Insufficient Address

PLEASE READ THIS: YOU are responsible for putting your correct shipping address at
checkout. Items mailed to an incorrect address due to customer negligence
will not be refunded nor can we retrieve the items. If we receive your item
back, we will refund your order minus the shipping as the shipping was
rendered. WE WILL ALSO DEDUCT SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO US. We
cannot verify if the address you put in at checkout is correct or incorrect, so we
do not assume ANY responsibility.

Example:
Your order costs $40. Shipping is $4.95. We will deduct $4.95 from your refund
and we will also deduct an additional $4.95 which cost for the item to come back
to us. Total refund: $30.10

Missing Unit and Apartment Numbers
This also applies to orders without apartment numbers. If your unit number is not
on your package, they will most likely come back to us. We are not responsible
for knowing your apartment number - please put it on your order.

Discrete Shipping
Thehealingbarsc.com offers discrete shipping and packaging. We will not display
contents inside the box. Boxes typically arrive with UPS/USPS/brown packaging
or a brown/white box or mailer.

Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item unless item arrives broken or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund if unless our fault.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
